As a recipient of information and participant in the Islamic matchmaking service with Spouse.ng®, You hereby agree to the following confidentiality obligations:

 1.     The personal information and data that will be shared with me through the Spouse.ng®, will only be used for the purpose of evaluating potential matches and establishing communication. I will not share this information with any other individual, organization, or platform without prior consent from Spouse.ng®.

2.     I will take necessary measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of any data or information shared during the halal matchmaking process, safeguarding it from unauthorized access or disclosure.

3.     I will conduct myself with Taqwa (fear of Allah) and adhere to Islamic principles in all my interactions with potential matches.

4.     I will not disclose the personal information, especially pictures and phone numbers, of any of the potential matches to any third party without explicit consent from Spouse.ng®.

5.     I will uphold mutual trust and sincerity in my dealings with potential matches, without exploiting or misusing any shared information for personal gain or advantage.

6.     I understand and agree that the success of Spouse.ng® relies on maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of all involved. Therefore, I will exercise discretion in my communications and actions, respecting the dignity and reputation of potential matches.

7.     If I decide to contact a potential match suggested by Spouse.ng®, I will inform the match that I was connected through spouse.ng, ensuring transparency and clarity.

8.         By participating in the Muslims matchmaking service, I acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this confidentiality agreement, upholding the values of trust, integrity, and respect dictated by our mutual trust and belief in Allah (S.W.T).
